Returns
Returns are free of charge and can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After sending your request we will check that it has been received on time.

How it works
If so, we will send you an email with instructions on how to arrange for the order to be collected from your address. We will then check that the product you have returned has been kept in the same condition in which it was sold. Make sure you ship the product intact and complete with packaging and instructions. If the product has been damaged in one or more parts we do not guarantee a refund or full refund.

Replacement under warranty
You can request a replacement under warranty within 2 years of your purchase. Replacements only apply in case of defects attributable to the nature of the product and not for accidental damages. If you are sure that the aformentined conditions are met, then please fill out the form. A customer service representative will follow up with you to perform all the necessary checks to qualify for a replacement.

In this case you must contact the store where you bought your Tata Pad and start the returns procedure at the point of sale.

  • Where do I find Tata Pad's
    serial number?

You can find your Tata Pad’s serial number in two ways. 1. In the App; open the tata pad app and press on the “three dots” to go and see the details of your tata pad. One of the voices will say Serial Number. 2. inside the product; Unzip Tata Pad and find the product label, the serial number is start with “S/N:”. The serial number is 14 characters long (including zeros).

  • Where can I find my order number?

Your order number was sent to you when you made your purchase by email. Please search in your inbox for email from info@filotrack.com. If you can’t find it please contact us writing to info@filotrack.com. The order number will be used by our support team to identify your purchase.

  • How long will it take
    to receive a refund?

If you have met our conditions for a refund, we will issue a refund within 72 hours from the confirmation time. The time it takes for the amount paid to be credited back depends on your bank and payment method.
